The RollnServe Series Frost Shaved Ice Cart / Snow Cone Cart is a specialty food cart designed for commercial kitchens, catering services, concession stands, and outdoor food operations. It features a stainless steel construction with a painted uni-body steel frame and an aluminum floor. The cart measures 60" (L) x 42" (W) x 42" (H) and weighs 450 lb.

The cart includes a top-mounted ice shaver with a 1/3 HP motor and an ice output of 500 lb/hr. The ice shaver measures 16" (W) x 14" (D) x 24" (H), providing a dedicated preparation station. A 7 cb3 freezer offers frozen storage for ice during operation. It operates on an electric and battery-powered system and functions as both a pushable and towable unit.

A self-contained, pressurised hot and cold water system is integrated into the cart. The system includes a 10-gallon fresh water tank, 15-gallon grey water tank, 2.5-gallon water heater, and a quick drain ball valve for water drainage. The sink is constructed from stainless steel to match the food preparation area.

The cart operates with two 12V deep-cycle batteries, an included battery charger, and a 3,000W power inverter. It features cushioned suspension, a removable tow bar with a swivel wheel, two retractable jack stands, tail lights, and a safety chain harness for towing. Cart schematics and one metal VIN plate with three decals are included, while the cart sign is not. It includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
