The Jackson DISHSTAR HT undercounter dishwasher is suitable for restaurants, cafés, and other commercial kitchen dishwashing areas. This high-temperature rack dishwasher processes 24 racks per hour and up to 750 dishes per hour. It measures 24.25" (L) x 25" (W) x 33.31" (H) and features stainless steel construction with a silver finish.The dishwasher operates on 208V, 1-phase, 60 Hz power with a 1 HP motor. It features a built-in booster, a 1.1-gallon wash tank, and a 3-gallon rinse tank. The wash cycle runs at 150°F, while the final rinse reaches 180°F. It requires an incoming water supply temperature of 110°F for operation. Water consumption is 1.1 gallons per rack, totaling 26.4 gallons per hour at the maximum capacity of 24 racks, supporting consistent high-temperature dishwashing.The wash cycle is 82 seconds, followed by a 10-second rinse cycle and a 28-second dwell time, for a 120-second total cycle time. The unit accommodates items up to 14.25" in height and has a glasswashing capacity of 1,080 glasses per hour. A digital LED temperature display is included for temperature monitoring.The Jackson DishStar Series dishwasher includes a built-in booster, door switch, scrap basket, and one peg and combination rack.
