Product Overview

The American Dish Service 018-1090.0000 Undercounter Dish Machine is a reliable low-temperature dishwasher designed for commercial kitchens in restaurants, hotels, and catering setups. Built with corrosion-resistant stainless steel, it delivers long-lasting performance and withstands heavy daily use while maintaining a professional appearance.

Powered by a 1.5 HP motor with a pumped design, it operates on a 120°F water supply and runs an efficient 90-second total cycle (45 seconds wash, 30 seconds rinse, 15 seconds dwell). The glassware cross-arm wash system ensures complete coverage for both dishes and delicate glassware. With a low 1.7 gallons per cycle water consumption, it saves on utility costs without compromising results.

This model measures 25.5" W x 29" D x 34.5" H and offers a 14" door opening height for easy loading. It features a single chemical alarm, a ½ kW sustainer heater, and a skirted-to-ground base for added stability. NSF Listed for sanitation compliance, it also supports flexible installation with a pumped drain system and 20" maximum pump-out height.

The compact size is its biggest advantage. It fits perfectly into our existing prep line. We just slide the rack in and press a button. So simple.

Our dental office needed a small, effective sanitizer for our instruments. This machine is perfect. It's quiet, efficient, and meets all our health code requirements.

I was skeptical about an under counter machine's power, but this one proved me wrong. It powers through our bakery's sheet pans and mixing bowls. So reliable.

This is the ideal backup machine. When our main conveyor goes down for maintenance, this little workhorse keeps our entire operation from grinding to a halt.

Perfect for our bar area. We installed it right where we wash glassware. The single rack is the ideal size, and everything comes out spotless and sanitized.
