The KitchenCore Series Steam Table is designed for commercial kitchen food holding and serving applications in restaurants, cafeterias, catering operations, and buffet lines. It features a freestanding design with 4 open wells and an undershelf base style, supporting organized food service operations during meal preparation and service.

Constructed from stainless steel, the unit measures 62.4" (W) x 30.6" (D) x 34" (H). It includes adjustable stainless steel legs for placement on various floor surfaces and a stainless steel undershelf for storing serving utensils and food service supplies. An integrated 1/2" thick cutting board with an 8" depth provides a dedicated workspace for food preparation and serving tasks.

The steam table operates on 120 V electric power with a total wattage of 2000 W. It features thermostatic controls and four individually controlled 500 W tubular heating elements. The 8" deep open well design accommodates full-size spillage pans with a compatible pan depth of up to 8 inches for food holding applications.

Additional features include indicator lights for operational monitoring and an edgeless water pan design. The open well configuration supports buffet service, cafeteria lines, and commercial kitchen food holding requirements. It is ETL Sanitation Listed and includes a 1-year limited warranty by the manufacturer.
