The Prepline 74-inch Gas Hot Food Steam Table is a freestanding, 5-well unit designed for commercial kitchens in restaurants, cafeterias, catering operations, and other high-volume food service environments that require reliable hot food holding without a fixed plumbing connection.

The table features five open wells powered by five jet burners delivering a total of 17,500 BTU, with manual controls for straightforward temperature management across each well. The open well design works without plumbing or a drain, making placement flexible anywhere a gas line is accessible. Fiberglass insulation beneath the stainless steel top helps retain heat efficiently during service.

Constructed from stainless steel in a silver finish, the unit measures 30.6" (L) x 74" (W) x 34.4" (H) and includes an undershelf base for additional storage. A 1/2-inch cutting board is included, adding a convenient prep surface alongside the holding wells. Casters are available as an optional add-on for kitchens that need to reposition the unit periodically.

The unit is cETLus Listed, ETL Sanitation Listed, and certified to NSF Standard, meeting the safety and sanitation requirements expected in commercial food service. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
