The Prepline Electric Hot Food Steam Table is a freestanding, 5-well unit designed for commercial kitchens in restaurants, cafeterias, buffets, and food service operations that need reliable hot-holding capacity on the serving line.

Built from stainless steel with a stainless steel top surface, the unit measures 73.8" (L) x 30.6" (W) x 34.4" (H) and features five open wells for holding full-size hotel pans of prepared food at safe serving temperatures. The fiberglass insulation helps retain heat efficiently across the 3,750-watt electric heating system operating at 208-240V, 60 Hz, single phase, and connected via a NEMA 6-20P plug.

A key feature of this steam table is that no plumbing or drain connection is required, which simplifies placement and setup in commercial kitchens where running water lines to the serving area is not practical. Manual controls allow kitchen staff to adjust heat settings directly, and the included 1/2-inch cutting board adds a convenient prep surface at the serving station.
