The Prepline 74-inch Gas Hot Food Steam Table is a five-well open-well unit built for high-volume food service operations such as cafeterias, buffet lines, and restaurant serving counters. Its stainless steel construction provides a durable, easy-to-clean surface suited to daily commercial kitchen demands.

Each of the five open wells is powered by a dedicated 3,500 BTU jet burner, bringing the total output to 17,500 BTU. Independent heat controls on each burner allow kitchen staff to set different temperatures across wells simultaneously, which is practical when holding a variety of dishes at different required temperatures. Fiberglass insulation between the wells helps maintain consistent temperatures while limiting heat transfer between adjacent wells.

The unit measures 74 inches (L) x 30.6 inches (D) x 34.4 inches (H) and arrives with a removable poly cutting board that is 1/2 inch thick, adding a prep surface directly at the serving station. A built-in sneeze guard meets standard food-protection requirements for public-facing serving lines. The steam table is cETLus Listed, ETL Sanitation Listed, and Certified to NSF Standard, confirming it meets recognized safety and sanitation benchmarks for commercial food service.
