The Prepline 60-inch Gas Hot Food Steam Table is a freestanding unit designed for commercial kitchens, buffet lines, cafeterias, and food service operations that require reliable hot food holding across multiple wells.

The unit features four open wells powered by four jet burners delivering a total of 14,000 BTU, with manual controls for straightforward temperature management. Because no plumbing or drain connection is required, installation is flexible and setup time is reduced, making it practical for venues where permanent utility hookups are limited.

Constructed with a stainless steel body and stainless steel top, the table measures 60" (W) x 30.6" (D) x 34.4" (H) and includes a fiberglass-insulated interior for improved heat retention. An undershelf base provides additional storage space below the service line, and a 1/2-inch cutting board is included. Optional casters are available for kitchens that need mobility.
