The Prepline 60-inch Electric Hot Food Steam Table is a freestanding, 4-well unit designed for food holding and service in commercial kitchens, cafeterias, buffet lines, and restaurant service counters.

Built with a stainless steel top and cabinet body in silver, this steam table features four open wells for holding full-size or fractional food pans at serving temperature. The enclosed cabinet base with sliding doors provides organized storage space below the service surface, while the built-in water drain simplifies daily cleanup. No spillage pans are required, reducing setup time during busy service periods.

The unit runs on 110V, single-phase, 60Hz power at 2,000 watts and plugs into a standard NEMA 5-20P outlet, making it compatible with most commercial kitchen electrical setups without additional wiring. Fiberglass insulation within the cabinet helps retain heat and contributes to stable operating temperatures across all four wells.
