The Prepline 48-inch Gas Hot Food Steam Table is a freestanding, three-well unit designed for commercial kitchens, catering operations, and food service lines that need reliable hot food holding without a fixed plumbing connection.

Each of the three open wells is powered by its own jet burner, delivering a combined output of 10,500 BTU through manual controls. The open-well design requires no plumbing or drain, making repositioning and setup straightforward in a variety of commercial kitchen layouts. Optional casters are available for added mobility.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel throughout, including the top surface, and is insulated with fiberglass to support consistent temperature holding. A 1/2-inch cutting board is included, adding a practical food preparation surface alongside the serving wells. The undershelf base provides accessible storage space beneath the table.
