The Prepline 48-inch Gas Hot Food Steam Table is a freestanding, cabinet-base unit built for commercial kitchens that need reliable hot food holding across multiple service stations. With three sealed wells and three jet burners, it suits restaurants, cafeterias, catering operations, and institutional food service lines that serve high volumes of hot food.

Each of the three sealed wells is powered by a dedicated jet burner, delivering a combined output of 10,500 BTU for consistent heat distribution across all wells. Manual controls keep operation straightforward for kitchen staff during busy service periods. The stainless steel top and stainless steel cabinet body offer a durable, food-safe surface that withstands the demands of daily commercial use.

The cabinet base features sliding doors with handles, providing enclosed storage beneath the wells and keeping the kitchen floor clear. A built-in water drain simplifies cleaning between service periods. Fiberglass insulation within the unit helps maintain well temperatures with less heat loss.
