The Prepline 2-Well Gas Hot Food Steam Table is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens, cafeterias, and food service operations that need reliable hot food holding without a fixed plumbing connection. With two open wells and manual controls, it suits restaurant lines, catering setups, and buffet stations where straightforward operation is a priority.

The unit measures 32" (W) x 30.6" (D) x 34.4" (H) and features a stainless steel exterior and top surface for durability in demanding food handling environments. Two jet burners deliver a combined output of 7,000 BTU, providing consistent heat across both open wells. The no-plumbing-or-drain-required design simplifies placement in kitchens where running a water line is not practical.

Fiberglass insulation helps maintain holding temperatures across both wells, while the included 1/2-inch cutting board adds a prep surface directly at the station. The undershelf base provides additional storage space, and optional casters are available for operations that require mobility.
