The work surface is fabricated from 16 gauge 304 stainless steel, forming a flat preparation area suited for daily restaurant operations. It includes a 4-inch backsplash for rear coverage along with a 1" side return backsplash for added side protection. This backsplash configuration supports wall placement in commercial kitchen layouts. The top shelf capacity is rated at 560 lb for equipment and prep tasks.

An adjustable undershelf is included and constructed from 18 gauge 430 stainless steel. The undershelf supports up to 340 lbs and allows height positioning based on storage requirements in foodservice settings.
