Prepline 7-Pan Half Size End Loading Insert Aluminum Sheet Pan Rack for Reach-Ins

The Prepline half-size sheet pan rack is designed for use inside reach-in refrigerators and freezers in commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food service operations that need organized, space-efficient pan storage.

Built from 16-gauge aluminum tubing with a tubular frame, the rack holds up to 7 sheet pans sized 18" x 26" or 18" x 12", with 16-gauge aluminum angle slides measuring 1" x 1-1/2" positioned on 3-inch centers. The 3-inch shelf spacing and 1" x 1" tubing size accommodate standard half-size and full-size sheet pans without modification. Each shelf supports up to 30 lbs, and the total loading capacity of the rack is 210 lbs, making it suitable for high-volume prep environments.

The rack measures 20.25" (L) x 24" (W) x 23" (H), fitting within the interior footprint of most standard reach-in units. Its curved top, open sides, cylindrical connection bars, and end-loading design allow chefs and kitchen staff to slide pans in and out with ease during busy service. Safety finished edges reduce the risk of cuts during handling. The silver aluminum finish resists corrosion in cold, humid refrigerator and freezer environments. The rack has no wheels, keeping it stationary inside the unit.
