Prepline 20-Tier Heavy Duty Aluminum Bun Pan / Sheet Pan Rack

The Prepline 20-Tier Sheet Pan Rack is a full-height, end-loading aluminum rack designed for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and restaurants that need organized, mobile sheet pan storage. Built on a tubular aluminum frame with 16-gauge aluminum angle slides measuring 1 inch by 1.5 inches on 3-inch centers, it holds up to 20 full-size 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or up to 40 half-size 18-inch by 13-inch sheet pans.

The rack measures 20.25 inches (L) x 26 inches (W) x 69 inches (H) and weighs 25 pounds, making it a manageable addition to a busy prep line or bakery floor. The cylindrical connection bars and 1-inch by 1-inch tubing size give the frame its structural integrity, while safety finished edges reduce the risk of cuts during daily pan loading and unloading.

Mobility is handled by four 5-inch polyurethane swivel casters, two of which include brakes to hold the rack in place during loading. The no-nesting design and 3-inch shelf spacing allow pans to be loaded and retrieved quickly during high-volume service. The curved top style adds clearance for easy tray placement overhead.
