Prepline 10-Tier Heavy Duty Aluminum Steam Table / Bun Pan Sheet Pan Rack

The Prepline 10-Tier Sheet Pan Rack is a half-height, end-loading rack designed for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and restaurants that need efficient, organized sheet pan storage during active service or prep. Built from aluminum with a silver finish, this rack is NSF Certified for use in food handling environments.

The rack holds up to 10 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 20 half-size 18" x 13" sheet pans on 16-gauge aluminum angle slides measuring 1" x 1.5", spaced on 3" centers. The 3" shelf spacing and no-nesting design allow pans to be loaded and retrieved quickly without interference. Cylindrical connection bars and 1" x 1" tubing keep the tubular aluminum frame rigid under regular commercial kitchen use.

Mobility is provided by four 5" polyurethane swivel casters, two of which include brakes to hold the rack in place at a workstation or during loading. The curved top and safety-finished edges reduce the risk of snags or cuts during handling. At 20.25" (L) x 26" (W) x 38" (H) and weighing just 15 lb, the rack fits into tighter kitchen corridors while remaining stable enough for heavy-duty daily use.
