This brewer delivers a brewing capacity of 18.9 gallons per hour across its 2 brewers, making it well suited for locations serving large numbers of guests in a short window. It operates on a single-phase electric supply at 120/208-240 volts, drawing 25.4 or 29 amps and running at 5,158 or 6,800 watts depending on the voltage configuration. The water inlet accepts a 3/8-inch male flare connection for a direct plumbed setup.

The GPR DBC includes Pulse Brew technology for even extraction, Digital Temperature Control for consistent brew temperature, and Variable Bypass for adjusting brew strength to match different coffee programs. An Energy Saver mode helps manage power consumption during slower periods. Wireless BrewWISE operation allows the brewer to communicate with compatible Bunn servers without a physical cable connection between units.
