This unit houses 2 brewers in a single stainless steel cabinet measuring 20.2" (D) x 21.8" (W) x 35.7" (H), drawing 27.4 amps at 120/208 volts on a single-phase electric connection with a 5,700-watt rating. The 3/8-inch male flare water inlet integrates directly into a plumbed water supply for continuous operation.

Brewing output reaches 16.3 gallons per hour, supported by three built-in features: Pulse Brew for improved coffee extraction, Digital Temperature Control for precise water temperature management, and Variable Bypass for adjusting brew strength to suit the beverage program. Operation is handled wirelessly through the BrewWISE system, allowing remote programming and monitoring without manual adjustments at the unit.
