The Cookline Panini Press and Sandwich Grill is a single-unit electric grill designed for commercial kitchen use in restaurants, cafes, and food service operations that press and grill sandwiches, paninis, and similar items at volume.

The grill features grooved cast iron top and bottom plates measuring 13" L x 9" W, coated with ceramic for easier food release and cleanup. Temperature is regulated by an EGO thermostat with a range of 120°F to 570°F, giving kitchen staff consistent control over cooking performance across different menu items. The lid opens to a height of 19.8", providing clearance for thicker builds. A cool-to-touch Bakelite handle allows safe lid operation during service.

The unit is constructed with a stainless steel body in silver finish and sits on anti-slip rubber feet for stability on a commercial prep surface. A rotating shaft suspension system supports even lid pressure across the plate surface. A stainless steel oil and crumb tray along with a steel wire pipe are included to simplify maintenance between uses. The ON/OFF switch features an illuminated indicator so staff know at a glance when the unit is powered on.
