The Cadco CPG-15FC Clamshell Grill with Plates is used to grill big amounts of food in the commercial environment efficiently. It operates on 120 V, 1 phase, and 1800 W, and it consumes 2.5 amps. It has an adjustable thermostat to 700°F, and it is ideal for all cooking requirements.
The sandwich press Dial control jumbo plate facilitates easy temperature adjustment to a temperature suitable for the highest quality food. The glass-ceramic smooth top & bottom plate/cooking surface measures 15 3/4" W and 11 13/16" D. With a drip tray and a NEMA 5-15P power plug for convenient powering up, the product is useful on large stoves as well as small ones. This unit is 19" W x 18" D x 7 1/2" H and measures 38 lb. It's constructed in the USA with a 1-year parts & labor warranty.
