Garland GIR36 36" Gas Salamander Broiler, Natural Gas

The Garland G-Series 35-1/2 inch Salamander Broiler is a range mounted gas broiler built for commercial kitchens that need a dedicated high-heat station above the range. It suits restaurants, steakhouses, and hotel kitchens where chefs finish dishes, melt toppings, and broil proteins to order.

This salamander broiler uses two atmospheric infrared burners rated at 20,000 BTU each, for a total of 40,000 BTU. The infra-red heating system delivers intense, direct heat for browning and finishing, while the Hi-Lo valve gives the operator manual control over the flame level at the burner.

The unit is constructed in stainless steel with a silver finish and measures 35-1/2 inches wide, 16-5/8 inches deep, and 34-1/16 inches high. Three rack positions let the chef adjust the distance between the food and the heat source for different broiling and melting tasks. It installs on a range and connects to natural gas with a 1/2 inch NPT gas connection at 6 inch WC inlet pressure, and a gas regulator is included.

The broiler is certified to Canadian and US standards and listed by NSF. It includes a one-year limited parts & labor warranty (USA & Canada only) by the manufacturer. Each selling unit is one each, with a shipping weight of 200 pounds.
