This gas rotisserie delivers a total of 126,250 BTU with a 52 kW power supply. It operates on natural gas or LP gas with inlet gas pressure of NG – 4 in WC and LP – 10 in WC. The unit runs on 120 V and includes individual temperature controls for each roasting section in commercial foodservice environments.
The rotisserie is equipped with heavy duty burners and a heavy duty steel gear system for spit rotation. It includes 8 spits and bakelite handles on all doors and spits. The doors are constructed with heat resistant tempered glass, and the design supports easy cleaning during restaurant food handling operations.
