The Southwood Gas Chicken Rotisserie Oven is a high-capacity, gas-powered rotisserie unit designed for commercial kitchens such as restaurants, delis, grocery store hot bars, and food service operations that prepare large volumes of rotisserie chicken daily.

This rotisserie oven holds 28 to 35 chickens at one time, supported by 7 included spits, each accompanied by 3 iron grates and a skewer set consisting of 2 single and 3 double skewers per spit. Seven independent motors drive each spit separately, allowing for consistent, even rotation throughout service. The heavy-gauge 430 stainless steel interior and silver exterior are built to withstand the demands of continuous commercial kitchen use.

Running on natural gas with a 3/4-inch gas inlet NPT connection, the unit operates at 114,000 BTU and runs on 110V, 60Hz, single-phase power for the lighting and motor components. A 20W bulb light inside the chamber allows kitchen staff and customers to view product during cooking, and the tempered glass door provides visibility while maintaining heat. A top vent measuring 3.3 inches by 15 inches supports airflow and heat management during operation.
