The Southwood Gas Chicken Rotisserie Oven is a full-capacity, gas-powered rotisserie built for high-volume commercial kitchens, restaurants, supermarket delis, and food service operations that prepare whole roasted chickens in quantity.

This rotisserie runs on LP and delivers 38,000 BTU of cooking power, rotating up to 16 to 20 chickens simultaneously across 4 spits driven by 4 independent motors. The cabinet measures 44.5" (L) x 22.2" (D) x 54" (H) and is constructed from heavy-gauge 430 stainless steel with a silver finish, providing a durable cooking chamber suited to continuous daily use. A tempered glass door allows staff to monitor product without opening the oven, while a 20W interior bulb light keeps the display well lit. A 3/4" NPT gas inlet and a top vent measuring 3.3" x 15" are integrated into the design to support proper ventilation during operation.

The unit ships with 4 spits, 7 iron grates, and a combination of 2 single and 3 double skewers per spit, giving kitchen staff the components needed for varied loading configurations right out of the box. The oven connects to a single-phase, 110V/60Hz electrical supply for the motor and lighting circuits.
