The Coldline refrigerated countertop condiment holder is a compact, self-contained salad bar unit designed for delis, sandwich stations, and food service counters in a commercial kitchen. Sitting directly on the counter at 59.1" W x 15.5" D x 17.3" H and weighing 108 pounds, it fits into tight service lines without sacrificing capacity.

The unit holds up to six 1/3-size pans at a 6-inch depth, keeping cold toppings, condiments, and salad ingredients organized and accessible during service. A removable flat glass cover and glass topping rail are included, helping to shield food from the surrounding environment while keeping items visible to both staff and guests.

Temperature is maintained between 33°F and 41°F through a static cooling system with a continuous evaporator, and a digital temperature control display allows staff to monitor and adjust settings at a glance. The unit runs on 115V, single-phase power with a NEMA 5-15P plug and a 60-inch power cord, drawing from a standard outlet.
