The Prepline 10-quart planetary stand mixer is a floor-model electric mixer designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, bakeries, and catering operations that need a reliable, mid-capacity mixing solution for daily bread, pastry, and prep work.

Powered by a 3/4 HP gear-driven motor drawing between 550 and 750 watts at 110V, 60 Hz on a single-phase NEMA 5-15P connection, the mixer runs at three selectable speeds of 108, 195, and 355 RPM via push-button controls. A built-in 0-30 minute timer lets kitchen staff set mixing cycles without standing at the machine, and the 6-foot power cord provides flexible placement on the production floor.

The stainless steel bowl holds 10 quarts and is rated for up to 9 pounds of dough or 6 pounds of flour per batch. Every unit ships with four aluminum and stainless steel attachments: a stainless steel wire whisk, an aluminum dough hook, an aluminum flat beater, and the mixing bowl itself. A wire bowl safety guard is included as a standard safety feature.
