The Standard Range Gas Pasta Cooker is a liquid propane unit designed for high-volume pasta preparation in commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food service operations that require consistent, continuous output. Built with a welded stainless steel frame and a silver finish, it weighs 149 lbs and measures 15.2" (L) x 30.2" (D) x 45.3" (H), making it a compact but capable station on a busy kitchen line.

The cooker holds 11 gallons of water and operates across a temperature range of 86°F to 257°F, controlled manually via a millivolt control valve for straightforward, reliable operation. A 260°F hi-limit safety cutoff adds a layer of protection during continuous service. Four burners deliver a combined 122,000 BTU, giving kitchen staff the heating power needed to maintain rolling boils across multiple baskets simultaneously.

Six stainless steel mesh baskets are included, all sized for the open pot design that allows staff to lift, swap, and rinse baskets without interrupting service.
