It features a 10" chrome-plated 100Cr6 forged carbon steel blade and polished anodized aluminum alloy construction, suitable for slicing deli meats and vegetables. The slicer includes a removable 2-stone dual-action sharpener and built-in blade sharpener for consistent cutting performance.
Operating at 250 W and 120 V with a 2.4 A plug type (NEMA 5-15P), the slicer uses gravity-feed operation for controlled slicing. It has an on/off switch with indicator light for simple operation and tool-free removable carriage and center plate for easy maintenance.
