The Marchia heated dual access countertop display case is a 1-door hot food holding unit designed for restaurants, cafeterias, delis, and food service operations that need to keep prepared foods at serving temperature throughout the service period.

The unit holds a temperature range of 86°F to 194°F, controlled by an analog thermostatic dial with a built-in temperature display for straightforward monitoring. Internal LED illumination keeps displayed food well-lit, while the straight sliding glass door allows customers and staff to view contents without fully opening the case. Front and rear dual access means service staff on both sides of the counter can retrieve items efficiently.
