The Marchia heated display warming case is a freestanding hot food display unit suited for restaurants, delis, cafeterias, and other commercial kitchens that need to hold and present hot prepared foods at safe serving temperatures throughout the day.

The unit measures 35.4" (L) x 27" (D) x 55.5" (H) and operates on 110V, 60 Hz, single-phase power through a NEMA 5-15P plug, drawing 7 amperes at 800 watts. A digital control panel allows kitchen staff to dial in holding temperatures across a range of 86°F to 140°F, keeping foods such as rotisserie items, fried foods, and hot entrees at safe service temperatures without manual guesswork.
