The Marchia hot food display case is a freestanding, single-door warming unit suited for restaurants, cafeterias, delis, and other commercial kitchens that need to hold and present prepared hot food at safe serving temperatures.

Built from stainless steel with stainless steel shelving, the cabinet measures 34" (L) x 29.4" (D) x 80" (H) and weighs 344 lb, giving it a solid, durable footprint on a service counter or food line. Four adjustable stainless steel shelves provide tiered display space for trays, pans, and containers of hot food. The straight glass door style with break-resistant glass panels keeps food visible to customers while retaining heat inside the cabinet.

A digital control panel with a temperature display allows kitchen staff to monitor and adjust holding temperatures up to 158°F, keeping food within safe holding ranges during service periods. Internal LED illumination highlights the food on display without generating excessive heat. The unit operates at 220V, 3-phase power, draws 16.4 amperes, and is rated at 3,900 watts, connecting via a NEMA 6-30P plug at 60 Hz.

The Marchia MHS900 is cETLus Listed, ETL Sanitation Listed, and conforms to UL and NSF standards, meeting common commercial kitchen compliance requirements. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
