The Marchia heated countertop hot food display case is designed for restaurants, delis, cafeterias, and other commercial kitchens that need to hold and display hot food at safe serving temperatures throughout the day.

This unit features four sliding glass doors, two at the front and two at the rear, giving staff dual-access convenience for restocking from behind while customers or servers retrieve items from the front. Three adjustable chrome-plated shelves sit inside a stainless steel and glass cabinet finished in silver, measuring 26.7" (L) x 19" (W) x 27.3" (H) with a net interior volume of 3.4 cu ft. Brilliant internal LED illumination on top keeps displayed food well lit without adding excessive heat to the cabinet.

An analog thermostatic temperature controller with a temperature display lets kitchen staff set and monitor holding temperatures across a range of 86°F to 194°F, accommodating a wide variety of hot food items. The unit draws 1,000 watts at 120V, 60Hz, single phase, and connects via a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 60-inch power cord, making countertop placement straightforward in most commercial kitchen layouts.
