Vulcan VPT7SL Half Height Insulated Pass-Thru Mobile Heated Cabinet, 120V

The Vulcan VPT 27" Pass-Thru Heated Holding Cabinet is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need to keep cooked food at serving temperature between the line and the pass. With a 27 inch width, 34.5 inch depth, and 40 inch height, it fits into restaurant kitchens, catering operations, and hotel food service areas where space is planned around a compact footprint.

This holding cabinet uses electronic temperature control with a range up to 190°F, powered by 120 volts, 12.5 amps, 1500 watts, single phase, and a NEMA 5-15 plug. A blower motor circulates heat inside the stainless steel interior, while 1.5 inch side and 2 inch top insulation help hold temperature during service. The pass-thru design with two solid doors and a right hinge location allows loading from one side and retrieval from the other.

Three adjustable tray slides and three shelves support organized holding of pans and trays. The cabinet sits on four 5 inch casters, two swivel with brakes and two rigid, so staff can move it for cleaning or reposition it during service. Field reversible doors, a recessed side-mounted handle, and a magnetic latch support daily use, and the silver stainless steel exterior and interior stand up to routine commercial kitchen cleaning.

The Vulcan VPT series holding and proofing cabinet is cULus Listed, UL EPH Classified, and NSF/ANSI 4 certified. It ships at 198 pounds as one unit. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
