Vulcan VPT7 Half Height Insulated Pass-Thru Mobile Heated Cabinet, 14 Pan Capacity, 120V

The Vulcan VPT Series 27 inch pass-thru heated holding cabinet is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need to keep hot food at serving temperature between the cook line and the pass. With two solid doors and a pass-through design, staff can load from one side and retrieve from the other, which supports a steady flow during service in restaurants, catering operations, and institutional food service.

This cabinet measures 34.5 inches deep, 27 inches wide, and 40 inches tall, and it holds up to 14 pans, including 7 sheet pans and 7 pans sized 18 x 26. Adjustable tray slides let the operator set spacing for different pan depths, and a blower motor circulates heat for even temperature across the cabinet. The electronic control manages temperatures up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and the stainless steel interior and exterior support routine cleaning in a food handling environment.

The unit runs on 120 volts, 1 phase, drawing 12.5 amperes and 1500 watts, and it connects with a NEMA 5-15 plug. Insulation measures 1.5 inches on the sides and 2 inches on top, which helps hold heat inside the cabinet. Four 5 inch casters, two swivel with brakes and two rigid, allow the cabinet to be moved and locked in place. The doors are field reversible, the hinge location is right, and the recessed side-mounted handle and magnetic latch support daily opening and closing. The cabinet is cULus Listed, UL EPH Classified, and NSF/ANSI 4 certified. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.

With a shipping weight of 198 pounds and a silver stainless steel finish, this Vulcan holding and proofing cabinet is suited to commercial kitchen teams that need a pass-thru heated cabinet for holding pans at temperature during service.
