Vulcan VPT18 Full Height Insulated Pass-Thru Mobile Heated Cabinet, 36 Pan Capacity, 120V

The Vulcan VPT 27" Pass-Thru Heated Holding Cabinet is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need to keep hot food at serving temperature between the line and the pass. It suits restaurants, catering operations, and institutional foodservice where trays move from the kitchen to the holding area without leaving the cabinet.

This pass-thru heated holding cabinet holds up to 36 pans, including 18 sheet pans and 18 pans sized 18 x 26. The stainless steel interior and exterior support daily cleaning, while 1.5-inch side insulation and 2-inch top insulation help maintain internal temperature. Electronic temperature control manages heat up to 190°F, and the blower motor circulates air for even warming across all shelves.

Two solid doors with Dutch half door configuration allow staff to open only the section they need, reducing heat loss during service. The doors are field reversible and use a magnetic latch, and a recessed side-mounted handle keeps the profile flush. Adjustable tray slides let operators set shelf spacing for different pan heights. The cabinet measures 27 inches wide, 34.5 inches deep, and 73.5 inches tall, and it moves on four 5-inch casters, two swivel with brakes and two rigid.

The unit runs on 120 volts, 1 phase, 12.5 amps, and 1500 watts with a NEMA 5-15 plug. It is cULus Listed, UL EPH Classified, and NSF/ANSI 4 certified. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
