The Vulcan VPT 27" Pass-Thru Heated Holding Cabinet is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need to keep hot food at serving temperature between the back of house and the service line. With a 27 inch width, 34.5 inch depth, and 66.5 inch height, it fits into a range of restaurant layouts while offering pass-through access from both sides.

This cabinet holds up to 190°F using electronic temperature control, and the 1500 watt, 120 volt, 1 phase system draws 12.5 amps through a NEMA 5-15 plug. Two solid doors with a right hinge location and recessed side-mounted handles provide access, and the doors are field reversible to suit your workflow. A magnetic latch keeps doors closed during transport and service.

Inside, six adjustable tray slides and six shelves support organized holding of pans and trays. The stainless steel interior and silver stainless steel exterior support routine cleaning in a food handling environment. A blower motor circulates air for even heat distribution, and the cabinet is insulated with 1.5 inch sides and 2 inch top insulation to help maintain temperature.

The cabinet ships at 297 pounds and moves on four casters, including two swivel with brakes and two rigid, with 5 inch caster size. It is cULus Listed, UL EPH Classified, and NSF/ANSI 4 certified. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
