The Vulcan VPT 27" Pass-Thru Heated Holding Cabinet is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need to keep hot food at serving temperature between the back of house and the service line. This cabinet holds up to 30 sheet pans or 18 x 26 pans, with adjustable tray slides that let staff set the spacing for different pan depths.
