Vulcan VPT15 Full Height Insulated Pass-Thru Mobile Heated Cabinet, 30 Pan Capacity, 120V

The Vulcan VPT 27" Pass-Thru Heated Holding Cabinet is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need to keep hot food at serving temperature between the line and the pass. With a 27 inch width, 34.5 inch depth, and 66.5 inch height, it fits into a back-of-house footprint while offering 30 pan capacity for sheet pans and 18 x 26 pans. The stainless steel exterior and interior support daily cleaning and food handling routines in restaurants, catering operations, and institutional kitchens.

This pass-thru heated holding cabinet uses electronic temperature control with a range up to 190°F, powered by 120V, 1 phase, 1500 watts, and 12.5 amps through a NEMA 5-15 plug. Two solid Dutch half doors with a right hinge and recessed side-mounted handle allow staff to open only the section they need, which helps retain heat. A blower motor circulates air for even warming, and adjustable tray slides let chefs set pan positions for different batch sizes. Field reversible doors allow the cabinet to be configured for the workflow of a specific commercial kitchen.

The cabinet is insulated with 1.5 inch sides and 2 inch top, and includes a magnetic latch door lock to keep doors closed during transport. It moves on four 5 inch casters, two swivel with brakes and two rigid, so it can be positioned and locked in place. The unit ships at 297 pounds and is cULus Listed, UL EPH Classified, and NSF/ANSI 4 certified. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.

For commercial kitchens that need a reliable holding and proofing cabinet, the Vulcan VPT series combines stainless steel construction, electronic controls, and pass-thru access in a single freestanding unit. The 15 sheet pan capacity and 15 capacity for 18 x 26 pans support high-volume holding during service. This cabinet is made in the United States.
