The Vulcan VHP Heated Holding and Transport Cabinet is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need to keep pans of hot food at serving temperature between the line and the pass. With a 15-pan capacity and a 20.75 inch wide by 26.75 inch deep by 60.5 inch high frame, it suits restaurants, catering operations, and banquet kitchens where floor space is tight but holding volume still matters.

The cabinet runs on 120 volts, 1 phase, drawing 12.5 amperes and 1500 watts through a NEMA 5-15 plug. A thermostat control holds temperatures up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, so staff can set a holding range that matches the menu. The stainless steel interior and exterior, silver finish, and 1.5 inch side and 2 inch top insulation work together to keep heat inside the cabinet during transport and service.

Two solid doors with Dutch half door configuration and right hinges give staff access to the upper and lower sections independently. A recessed side-mounted push/pull handle and magnetic latch support movement through tight aisles, while the narrow footprint and fixed racking keep pans organized.
