Vulcan VBP18ES Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet, 36 Pan Capacity, 120V

The Vulcan VBP Series Heated Holding and Transport Cabinet is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need to keep cooked food at serving temperature between the line and the pass. With a 27.25 inch width, 33.25 inch depth, and 69.5 inch height, it fits into restaurant kitchens where floor space is planned but holding capacity still matters.

This cabinet holds up to 36 pans, including 18 sheet pans sized 18 x 26, using adjustable tray slides that let staff set the spacing for different pan depths. The electronic temperature control maintains heat up to 200°F, and the digital display shows the set temperature at a glance. A blower motor moves air through the cabinet for even heat distribution across all shelves.

The stainless steel exterior and interior support daily cleaning in a food handling environment. Dutch half doors let staff open only the upper or lower section, which helps hold heat when loading or unloading a single level. The doors are field reversible and use a magnetic latch, with a recessed side-mounted handle and right hinge location as shipped. Four 5 inch casters, two swivel with brakes and two rigid, make the cabinet movable for transport and stable when parked.

The unit runs on 120 volts, 1 phase, 12.5 amps, and 1500 watts with a NEMA 5-15 plug. Insulation measures 1.5 inches on the sides and 2 inches on top. It is cULus Listed, UL EPH Classified, NSF/ANSI 4, and Energy Star rated. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer. Shipping weight is 337 pounds.
