The Vulcan VPT Series 27 inch Pass-Thru Heated Holding Cabinet is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need to keep hot food at serving temperature between the back of house and the service line. With two solid doors and a pass-through design, staff can load from one side and retrieve from the other, which supports a steady flow during peak service in restaurants, catering operations, and institutional food service.

This cabinet holds up to 26 pans, including 13 sheet pans and 13 pans sized 18 x 26. Adjustable tray slides let you set the spacing for different pan depths, and a blower motor circulates heat for even temperature distribution. The electronic control manages temperatures up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, while 1.5 inch side insulation and 2 inch top insulation help hold heat inside the cabinet.

The exterior and interior are stainless steel in a silver finish, with a recessed side-mounted handle and a magnetic latch on the right-hinged doors. Field reversible doors allow the swing direction to be changed on site to match your kitchen layout.
