The Vulcan VBP Series heated holding and transport cabinet is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need to keep pans of hot food at serving temperature between the line and the pass. With a 27.25 inch width, 33.25 inch depth, and 65.5 inch height, it fits into a back-of-house footprint while holding up to 30 pans, including 15 sheet pans or 15 pans sized 18 x 26.

This cabinet uses electronic temperature control with a digital display and a temperature range up to 200°F. The 1500 watt, 120 volt, 1 phase system draws 12.5 amperes and connects with a NEMA 5-15 plug. A blower motor circulates heat for even holding, and the insulated cabinet has 1.5 inch side insulation and 2 inch top insulation to help maintain temperature.
