Vulcan VHP7 Half Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet, 7 Pan Capacity, 120V

The Vulcan VHP Heated Holding & Transport Cabinet is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need to keep hot food at safe serving temperatures between the pass and the table. With a 17.25 inch width and a narrow footprint, it fits into tight spaces in restaurants, catering operations, and hotel food service areas where floor space is limited.

This cabinet holds up to 7 pans and uses a thermostat control to maintain temperatures up to 190°F. The 1500 watt heating system runs on 120 volts, 12.5 amps, single phase power with a NEMA 5-15 plug, so it connects to a standard outlet. A blower motor circulates heat evenly, while 1.5 inch side insulation and 2 inch top insulation help hold temperature during transport.

The stainless steel exterior and interior support daily cleaning and food handling routines. A solid right-hinged door with a magnetic latch keeps the cabinet closed, and the recessed side-mounted lift handle helps with maneuvering. Four 5 inch casters, two swivel with brakes and two rigid, allow the unit to be moved and locked in place. Fixed racking keeps pans secure during movement.

This heated holding and transport cabinet is cULus Listed, UL EPH Classified, and NSF/ANSI 4 certified. It ships at 140 pounds and is made in the United States. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
