The KitchenCore Series Insulated Pass Through Heater Proofer is built for commercial kitchens and bakeries that need controlled proofing with access from two sides. It is constructed of aluminum, supporting durability under regular kitchen use. The insulated style helps maintain steady internal temperature retention, and the freestanding installation allows flexible placement within a commercial kitchen layout. Unit dimensions are 30.4" (W) x 34.7" (D) x 67" (H).The unit has 2 doors set up for pass-through access, with 1 solid door on one side and 1 clear polycarbonate door on the other, allowing visibility from one access point while keeping the opposite side fully enclosed. Both doors are fitted with machined zinc alloy handles for daily handling. The hinge is located on the right side, and the unit comes without Dutch half doors. It moves on (4) 5" casters, including 2 with safety locks, supporting stable positioning in a commercial kitchen.Pan capacity covers 16 pans across 16 shelf levels using a multipurpose universal rack system with 6" shelf spacing set at 3" intervals. The rack system holds 16 pans of 24" x 24" size, 32 pans of 20" x 12" size, or 16 pans of 18" x 26" size, and also accommodates pizza boxes sized 18", 20", 22", and 24".The unit operates on 120 V and 1500 W, with a digital display and digital control type for temperature settings.
