Its aluminum construction features a clear polycarbonate door that provides visibility of stored contents through a single right-hinged door with a machined zinc alloy handle.This freestanding heater proofer operates on 120 V power with a 1500 W heating system. Digital controls with a digital display and an adjustable thermostat support temperature settings up to 185°F for warming and proofing applications.The cabinet features a 16-story universal rack system with 6" shelves and 3" spacing. It accommodates (16) 24" x 24" and 18" x 26" pans, (32) 20" x 12" pans, hotel steam pans, and 18", 20", 22", and 24" pizza boxes.
