The insulated style helps maintain steady internal temperature retention, and the freestanding installation allows flexible placement within a commercial kitchen layout. Unit dimensions are 27.5" (W) x 32" (D) x 66.9" (H).The unit has 1 solid insulated door, fitted with a machined zinc alloy handle for daily handling. The hinge is located on the right side, and the unit comes without Dutch half doors. It moves on 4 casters, including 2 with safety locks, each measuring 5 in, supporting stable positioning in a commercial kitchen.Pan capacity covers 16 pans across 16 adjustable shelves with a rack system, and the interior also accommodates 21" pizza boxes.
