The KitchenCore Series Insulated Heater Proofer is designed for bakeries, restaurants, and commercial kitchen food preparation operations that require warming and proofing capabilities. Its aluminum construction features a clear polycarbonate door with a right-side hinge, providing visibility of stored contents through a single-door design with a machined zinc alloy handle.

This insulated heater proofer operates on 120 V power and utilizes a 1500 W heating system. Digital controls with a digital display allow operation adjustments, while the adjustable thermostat supports temperature settings up to 185°F for proofing and holding applications.

The cabinet accommodates 32 stories of 18" x 26" sheet pans and includes 32 shelves for organized storage. Humidity control supports levels up to 95% when operating below 90°F, making it suitable for dough proofing and other food preparation tasks in a commercial kitchen.
