The KitchenCore Series Non-Insulated Universal Heater Proofer is designed for bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants, and commercial kitchen food preparation areas. Its aluminum construction features a clear polycarbonate door that provides visibility of stored contents through a single right-hinged door with a machined zinc alloy handle.This freestanding heater proofer operates on 120 V power with a 1500 W heating system. Digital controls with a digital display and an adjustable thermostat support temperature settings up to 185°F for warming and proofing applications.The universal rack system accommodates up to 16 pans and supports multiple pan sizes, including 18" x 26", 12" x 20", 16" x 20", 13" x 18", and 14" x 18". The cabinet also accepts hotel pans and pizza boxes up to 18" in size. Humidity control supports levels up to 95% when operating below 90°F.Measuring 32" (L) x 23.3" (W) x 66.6" (H), this non-insulated unit is equipped with four 5" casters, including two casters with safety locks for mobility in a commercial kitchen.
