The KitchenCore Series Insulated Heater Proofer is built for commercial kitchens and bakeries that need controlled proofing in a compact footprint. It is constructed of aluminum, supporting durability under regular kitchen use. The insulated style helps maintain steady internal temperature retention, and the freestanding installation allows flexible placement within a commercial kitchen layout. Unit dimensions are 23.3" (W) x 32" (D) x 41.5" (H).

The unit has 1 clear polycarbonate door, allowing visibility of contents without opening the unit, and fitted with a machined zinc alloy handle for daily handling. The hinge is located on the right side, and the unit comes without Dutch half doors. It moves on 4 casters, including 2 with safety locks, each measuring 5 in, supporting stable positioning in a commercial kitchen.

Pan capacity covers 16 18" x 26" sheet pans across 16 shelf levels. This layout supports a high pan count within a low-height unit, suiting kitchens with limited vertical clearance.
