Operating on 115V power, this unit maintains precise temperatures between 140°F and 180°F through its solid-state digital controller. The cabinet includes three epoxy-coated wire shelves measuring 21.25" x 26" each, providing ample space for various pan configurations. With a power usage of just 143.4 watts and ENERGY STAR certification, it offers efficient operation in ambient temperatures from 45°F to 100°F.
Standing 79.5" tall with a footprint of 27.5" x 33.5", this cabinet maximizes vertical storage while minimizing floor space. The unit features 2.37-inch thick CFC-free foamed polyurethane insulation for optimal temperature retention.
